Is a Wilmot Bandit legal to race at Rockford on Wed night?? Is there anything special that needs to be changed??

What kind of changes need to be made to make it competitive.

Also what kind of car would be the best for pavement?

rockford has some weird ass rules on some stuff. but for the most part it should be legal. i would for sure change tires. not sure how much they like "mesh" type windshields either.

they didn't say much about my "mesh" window, just make sure u have some bars to reinforce the mesh and that the mesh covers the whole windshield.. the Wed. night show at Rockford is AWESOME... show runs fast and smoothly,  ALOT of track time, decent amount of cars, u get a concrete slab. and if you start the feature it pretty much pays your pit pass!! deff. worth the time and money..

we won a wendsday night championship this past year. the big diffrence is a weight rule that is pretty strict. as for the rest of the rules (where basically off the rockford site to allow the enduro cars and bandits to race hence the b4ndit) id tires for sure although there is a 60 dollar cap on tires you can run. and id change some other things as well, asphalt is totally diffrent racing. you cant run anywhere on the track and be a rocket learned that the hard way ;) if you wanna know some more wensday night stuff pm me. and not everyone gets a slab. gotta get there early. also thursdays are practice nights great  time to go out and get alot of laps. as fast as you re stage you can basically run waiting few minutes between you wont be stuck running with sportsman or lm's

20 plus cars a night. and very competitive. its a great time. hope to see you out there!!! good luck

bleed your brakes all the old fluid out and make sure you got good pads and rotors. as for drums figure it out lol ;) brakes are very important on the paved i didnt even check mine on dirt as long as i had my e brake and bias controller i wasnt ever worried but asphalt i learned after my 1st hot lap session after driving 15 hours to the track that you use brakes. l8tr guyz
