honda h22 vtec problemos

recently aquired a honda prelude with a h22 vtec. for some reason i can not get it to rev over 5500 rpms. any ideas

i tryed cleaing the igniter, the dizz cap, retimed the engine to double check it. 

all out of ideas. 

anybody a honda geek more than meeee :)???

i got a dizzy. mr. steve also was wondering for a pro4 car. can u run hoosier d link tires? tires that will accept heat and are ment strictly for racing? yes it would be on a racing rim as well. please lmk

According the 2011 rules, NO.  They are not DOT approved.

also do u plan on implecating a weight rule for 2012? jw have plans of bringing a enduro car to run out there.
