Around :55 we see the K9/13K incident.  From the looks of the vid, I really dont think that was a "take out" move.  Looked pretty mild really. Then the dude careened off the top of the track. I think he just lost control or maybe a tie rod or something broke.  

Erik - the inside left corner needs a shock.  That tire was doin a basketball impression whole race.

As a side note, is the 10 car doing any better since they had me drive it and iron out any problems? Oh yeah...

Amazing how small the class is getting. Though if they treated the cars and the track better I'm sure there'd be a better turnout.

i came up with some new rules id like to get put into the rule book next year.. as of now the class is at the point where whoever has more money in there engines win the race.. id like to see motor swaps banned.. full exhausts no headers.. no racing tires of any kind.. and only cold air intakes allowed as motor improvements.. i think it would bring the class back to a level playing field and we wouldnt have people racing with motors that werent made for there car.. and most expecially we need to confront the idea of the parts have to be stock FOR YOUR CAR not any four cylinder car..

if we could get a meeting i think we could all bring together our ideas for a new rule book.. and hopefully that will get us a healthy field next year..

Headers are banned right now.  Racing tires are not allowed.  Motor swaps are not allowed.  Cold air intakes are not allowed.  So really your just saying people who are cheating should be asked to follow the rules.

Can we stop complaining? I got one more race then im done at wilmot and in four cylinders im sorry that i win ONE race in three years. whatever, you guys are really making this win pretty shitty for me, like its kinda ridculous, but thanks guys. i love how people sit here and complain about other people when they arent even legal...

no one is running a non DOT tire so you're wrong. you got dq'ed for running illegal tire stagger. get over it.

lets all set this straight ok. im sick of everyone bitching about the motor swap in the 47. please use google or wikipedia if you do not trust my knowledge. her car has a b18 from a 90 integra rated at 130hp. every other eg civic at wilmot has a d16z6 rated at 127hp. 27 car had a mini me setup with over 13:1 compression thats why he changed his. 46 car had a 200 hp engine in his car. which is 30 more than a b18c1 which is what he has now and 60 more than a b18a/b. quite a bit more than 3hp right?? 

todd has been letting the cold air intake thing slide because of how dirty and dusty the track is. those filters have more filter area than a panel filter. if you have a cone filter/cold air intake you must have the headlight covered. which everyones are. 

all of you guys are cheating in one way or another. the most stock car there is the 46 car. so why are you all complaining so much? if you want rules so bad you will get them

its kind of obvious who you are talking about lol. the rules right now arent written very bad. they just never have been enforced. be careful what you wish for.

dont worry i already got what i wished for because someone cant take jokes.... i think the rules should go back to the way lake geneva was.. and again dont act like im the only one that is complaining.. theres a lot more people im just the dumb one that isnt scared to speak there mind..

While everyone here has valid points, I like Steve's statement - the most stock car here is Erik's.  That may or may not be the case, but there's not a soul on here who thus far can say for sure one thing ISN'T stock - great point, Steve!  

Erik choose one of the fastest STOCK fwd 4cyl NA cars ever.  GREAT starting point!  He's a GREAT driver.  He's a GREAT racer - look at his spare parts, tool selection, shows up as one of the first cars to unload everytime, has made every damn race, shit, the other day I saw that bastard writing down the starting grid to our feature on a little notepad.  Genius!  I dont know how many times in the midst of putting on my race suit and trying to remember to turn the fan on, adrenaline rushing, that I have no fucking idea where I'm supposed to be in the grid...  They guy is just good at it.  Beat him!  Don't bitch.  BEAT him.  That's the best way.
