Your thinking of the Focus midget series:

They run sealed stock zetecs with basically ITB's and headers, and yeah, alky to make about 185.

This guy is in a much more open class with a bit larger (seem to me at least) chassis, that allows for more modification.  At this time though, still running a Ford ECU with the stock intake mani.  He's up against mostly 1000-1300 cc motorcycle engines.  Supposedly he's first in points right now!!!
