Fuel cell question...

I wanted to ask the wealth of knowledge that is this forum a question on fuel cells. Is there a difference between a fuel cell for a mechanical fuel pump vehicle, and an electrical fuel pump vehicle? My gas tank is leaking again from that hole I put in it with my exhaust last year, and I am entertaining the idea of putting in a fuel cell, but I'm not sure if there's a difference. From previous research, I found very few fuel cells with electric pumps in them, and the few that I did were considerably more expensive. Any ideas as to what I can do, or where I can go to get a decent cell at a good price?
Ok, I've been doing some thinking, and due to time and money restrictions I'm just going to use that gas tank repair crap again. 5 minutes of work versus a ton of work or a ton of money or both seems better, and it held up last year until winter, so yeah... I got too much else to worry about right now than to worry about a seeping leak from my gas tank. Disregard this thread please!
why dont you just change the tank. it is only 2 bolts and a couple lines and plug
No time to go to Pick N Pull to remove a tank, hope it works, and install it on my car. It may seem quick and easy, but my car is full of surprises. The person who built it didn't believe in using similar sized nuts and bolts for anything, and the person who bought it from him just about destroyed it and only put it back together half-assed. Now I have it, and I get to try and fix all that. I'm just going to use putty (which I already have) and save the money. Just put a radiator in it that I wasn't planning on, the money for that came from the paint budget. Gotta make decent money tonight to be able to paint it now hahaha
