Chicagoland autocross schedule 2010

this sunday, the season kicks off with the first event for Milwaulkee Region SCCA, a Tri-state event on the 25th and Chicago Region opens on the ninth. on the 28th next month there is an HPDE (high performance driving experience) event at Autobahn in Joliet. $100 for tons of track time.

   yea i love it like a fat kid loves candy. my emotions always play a role. sixth run was the fastest and loosest on the second half of the course. shifted into 3rd before the turn-around, was about to do that on every run, watch my right hand go to shift almost every run same place. that shift was probably the 3/10ths of a second i picked up on that last run. powerband seems to flatten over 6k rpm but she winds out to almost 9k. gotta think of using 3rd gear a lil more, torque is there.

strike that, she revs up to 8k rpm, but flat from 6k. new video of Autobahn PDX will be up soon, you wouldnt believe the passing that went on.........
