New Paint Job
Im partial to yellow, purple and black. the light blue on our car was kinda by accident (it was actually already that color when we got it!). Turns out it looks pretty damn good on the track... At least it's memorable and different. Keep that in mind.
When we had a bunch of body repair to do I removed the gas door lid, took it to Menards and they matched it up pretty damn near perfect with an oil based enamel. Rustoleum to be exact. We rolled it on. We thinned it 50/50 with mineral spirits or else the shit never dried. Rolling sounds pretty archaic but its DAMNED easy to apply and looks great for the folks in the stands!
I'm sure alot of folks will suggest pink since your female, but that's a bit played out in my eyes...
Do something remeniscent of the modern tuner scene.
White, black hood, GREEN wheels.

haha, first off i dont wanna roll the car, im going to spray it, like almost professionally done, thats how i did the probe and the honda. second, defintaly not painting it pink...im not that type of girl, and i dont like green. lol, i was thinking of doing purple and orange (dont wanna get rid of the orange). i just dont want to have just a dual paint job. i need to find a cool design to put on the car. i have a guy thats going to do all the paint a body work for free. but i really dont know what to do. flames and checkerd flags are just to common. i want to stand out.. be like wow that car looks pretty damn cool. haha. i dont know. ill keep looking. haha i wonder how u got yellow on yer car???

Just be sure you get lots of extra paint. You'll need to be touching up that right side after I lean you into the wall every race...

Hitting the wall just FEELS rough, not always as damaging to the car as you may think. Especially the sideswiping, which I did a bit of at wreckford before Wilmot started running. The shots I had with the wall sure felt bad, but just a couple scrapes. And don't paint the rims, that comes right off the second you rub up against another car.
We painted ours silver. Made the car look tons better. You could always touchup...
and when we got in to rathbone they didnt look too bad
