Here's a plan my father hatched years ago when we went to Iraq after 9/11:

Air lift in hundreds of brand new Cadillacs with 6-8 bottles of jack Daniels in the passenger seat.  The whole race will kill themselves in a matter of hours.  Probably cost less to do that than to support the multitudes of soldiers that are there right now for even one day.
