That fuckin TB makes an ASS ton of noise at idle...  Vacuum leak maybe?

the standing idle is ok but wenever i put it in reverse or drive it goes down to like 300 rpms and unless i keep feeding it gas it will shut off

yea im gna be in monday cause something isn't right its backfiring up a storm, the acceleration has greatly decresed and something just isn't right

Oh, BTW, I was at Pick N Pull in Wadsworth yesterday.  At least 4-5 3rd gen F Bodies there.  Lots of good parts if you need body/interior/trim shit.

You can buy a gasket kit for those rochester tb's. I rebiult the one on my 4.3 tbi. It comes with all new screens, etc... What is common though is the spring inside will rust out and break. I replaced mine when I cleaned it with a spring out of a 350 tbi. It runs great now.

yea mines the 305 "high out put" piece of shit, came withe like 170hp stock, for a v-8 thts ridiculously shitty especially for being in a camaro im trying to sell and get a gtx grand prix coupe, which is like 280 hp stock wit a v-6 

KEEP the Camaro.  Those GTP's are entirely GAY. 

Buy a fuckin 350, put a carb on it, make 300-350 HP EASY and have correct wheel drive.
