Hondas? Not just any Honda, but the Element? Good old SEMA brings out
the best in the auto industry, and this Element is no exception.
Powered by a 500 horsepower, longitudinally mounted, twin turbo v6,
this car shows what Honda engineers are capable of with enough time and
money on their hands. Dubbed the Element D (d is for drift, duh!), the
plan is to campaign in the upcoming Formula D season.
As wacky as it sounds, I'm actually anxious to see this thing in action. I think it will be hilarious watching a Honda Element blast through sweepers sideways! So hate on, everyone. Even though it may not be the best platform to be a true competitor in the drift world, Honda has gone all out. I think its sick! But in that sort of way that makes a fast station wagon cool. Its too random to not be tight.
